Who We Are

Infinfy Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates infinfy.ai and provides AI voice bot services. We are based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Information We Collect

When you use this website or our services, we may collect:

Contact information you submit through our demo request form (name, email, business name, website, and what you want to use the service for)
Voice session data when you use our voice products (session ID, duration, timestamps, any name or phone number a caller gives, and error logs). For phone products, call transcripts are emailed to the business that uses the service.
Usage analytics (pages visited, time on page) via Google Analytics
Technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and performance

How We Use Your Information

To respond to demo requests and set up your service
To deliver and improve our VoiceBot services
To send service-related communications (no marketing without consent)
To understand how our website is used and improve it

Data Storage

Voice session records are stored in a Supabase database hosted in the United States (California). Contact form submissions are sent to our automation server in Nuremberg, Germany, saved in a Supabase database hosted in Stockholm, Sweden, and a notification is sent to our team through Telegram. During a live voice session, audio is processed in real time by Google's AI services in the United States, and audio routing and phone calls pass through our providers LiveKit and Twilio. Our servers are hosted by Hetzner in Germany.

Because some of these providers are outside Canada, your personal information may be stored and processed in the United States and in Europe, and may be subject to the laws of those places. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage. They are only set if you click Accept on the banner on our homepage. No advertising cookies are used.
