What does it cost?
Chat Widget is $97/mo plus a $199 one-time setup. Voice Widget is $300 setup plus minute packs ($19 for 100, $39 for 250, $69 for 500). After-Hours Line is $197/mo (about 300 minutes included), AI Receptionist is $297/mo (about 500 minutes) and Receptionist Pro is $497/mo (about 1,000 minutes). Prices are in CAD.
What happens when someone calls after hours?
The After-Hours Line answers your real number on nights and weekends, takes a message and sends you an instant lead alert. Every call is transcribed and emailed to you.
What languages does it speak?
It supports 15+ languages, and that is included in every product.
Am I locked into a contract?
Plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can a real person take over a call?
Yes on Receptionist Pro: it includes warm transfer to a live human. On the other plans the AI takes a message and emails you the transcript so you can follow up.
What happens to my customers' data?
Voice session records are kept in a database in California, USA. Contact form details pass through our server in Germany and are stored in Sweden. During a live call, audio is processed by Google's AI services in the US. We do not sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
