Acceptance

By using Infinfy AI services (infinfy.ai), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Service Description

Infinfy AI provides AI-powered voice bot software as a service, including web widget embeds and telephone agent services. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.

Plans and Billing

Monthly plans are billed in advance in CAD
Sessions are defined as individual voice interactions (start to end)
Starter: 100 sessions/mo · Growth: 500 sessions/mo · Enterprise: Unlimited
Overages above plan limits may result in service pause until renewal
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

Impersonate humans in deceptive ways without disclosure
Collect personal information without proper disclosure to users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer the service

Uptime and Availability

We target 99%+ uptime on Growth and Enterprise plans. No formal SLA is offered on Starter plans. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance.

Intellectual Property

The Infinfy AI platform, codebase, and infrastructure remain the property of Infinfy Solutions. Client knowledge base content remains the property of the client.

Limitation of Liability

Infinfy Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
