Acceptance

By using Infinfy AI services (infinfy.ai), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Service Description

Infinfy AI provides AI-powered voice bot software as a service, including web widget embeds and telephone agent services. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.

Plans and Billing

Our products and their prices are shown in the Pricing section of infinfy.ai and confirmed when you sign up. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in CAD; setup fees and minute packs are billed as described at purchase
Usage is measured as shown for each product (minutes for voice, conversations for chat)
Usage above the allowance for your product may result in service pause until renewal
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

Impersonate humans in deceptive ways without disclosure
Collect personal information without proper disclosure to users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer the service

Uptime and Availability

We work to keep our services available but do not offer a formal service level agreement (SLA) unless one is agreed in writing. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance.

Intellectual Property

The Infinfy AI platform, codebase, and infrastructure remain the property of Infinfy Solutions. Client knowledge base content remains the property of the client.

Limitation of Liability

Infinfy Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
